Liquid Lip Gloss is very popular these days, and so easy to make. By using quality ingredients, and following these simple directions, you can make a healthy alternative to store bought brands without the unnecessary and potentially harmful chemicals. You can find most of the ingredients listed below at your local health food store. Roll on bottles are easily found online here as well as local craft stores.
Ingredients:
- 3 ounces sweet almond oil
- 1.5 ounces vegetable glycerin (liquid)
- 12 drops vitamin E (piercing a vitamin E capsule is easy and convenient)
- Flavoring if desired (can be found online here or in local craft stores)
- 10-12 small roll on bottles for liquid lip gloss
Blending ingredients: Mix sweet almond oil, flavor (if desired), and vitamin E drops in a small measuring cup with narrow spout. Gradually add vegetable glycerin to mix stirring until thoroughly blended.
Once all ingredients are completely incorporated, carefully fill roller bottles with mixture until almost full. Snap roller-ball onto top of bottle and cap. Labels can be hand made using Avery address labels (available at any office supply store).
These little bottles make great personal gifts for friends and family. Perfect for soft, healthy and naturally soft lips!
