Recent research on Lavender’s impact on our nervous system reports that the scent of Lavender helps us sleep, improves our mood, focuses our concentration and even helps reduce anxiety. A recent Japanese study also found Lavender helps reduce PMS symptoms. So diffuse some Lavender oil, spray a Lavender essential oil room spray throughout the house, or light a candle. You can always dab a little diluted Lavender essential oil on your wrists, or wear a Lavender perfume to sniff throughout the day and enhance your mood. Amazing what one little flower can do!
